Due to a sudden health emergency earlier this year I had to move my mother out of her San Carlos house after she’d lived there for 63 years. I was referred to Laura by my niece, a local appraiser, who told me Laura would be a very good fit. Indeed she was. Facing the daunting task of emptying out Mom’s house and then selling it was made vastly easier by Laura’s recommendation of an estate salesperson, and then once work began on the house, her vendors, who were able to accomplish in just a few short months all the repairs and renovations needed to put it on the market. Laura left no stone unturned and her experience, attention to detail, wisdom, patience and knowledge of the current market brought about an excellent return on the investment in renovations/repairs costs. The house then sold for more than I imagined it would. I found her very easy to work with and very much appreciated her friendly positive energy. When I think back now, I’m very grateful at how much less stressful this whole project was given that I also had the task of having to relocate my mother. Thank you Laura!
