Laura Bertolacci sold a house for me recently, and did a fantastic job. The house needed considerable work to show at its best. Mostly while I was out of state, Laura and her team just got it done — always keeping me informed of what they were doing, including with photos. The house looked very light and inviting when the work was complete, and her landscapers made the outdoor areas look great. After the house went on to the market, multiple bids quickly came in, and it sold for a significantly higher price than expected. The whole process went very smoothly, and I consider it to have been a total success.
