Laura did a fabulous job helping me sell my mother’s condo in Menlo Park. Her experience in the market was invaluable and her advice about what improvements were worth making versus what improvements were not was spot on. She kept my mother’s interest at the forefront and helped us get a great deal in a difficult market. She made everything easy, especially because she had a team of contractors at her fingertips that she could call on to get things done well and quickly. She also handled some difficult buyer issues like a pro. I would highly recommend her as your agent. Thanks, Laura!
