Laura is the best realtor we could have asked for. Our older home needed improvements before putting it on the market, and Laura helped us with the many details of these decisions, such as advice on what paint color to choose (inside and out), what style of new address numbers to put on the outside of our home, updating the lighting, what stain for the hardwood floors and the game changer, to have the our garage floor painted with the speckled paint that made such a difference. Laura knows what improvements attract new buyers and the “in” colors and styles. Whenever I needed her advice on an improvement, Laura popped over to have a look.
