We wanted to express our deep appreciation to Laura for the way she professionally and skillfully facilitated the sale of our parents’ condo. She made everything as easy as one could expect and hope for with a real estate transaction, especially when we as sellers were doing it all remotely. You could tell she’s done this many times before and has a good system. She handled all the details smoothly and promptly, gave us appropriate phone numbers to call when needed, had good and reasonable vendors at the ready, arranged for the appropriate repairs, arranged for effective and reasonably priced staging, made document signing easy and convenient, and gave good advice in terms of what to repair and what could be left as is. Critically, she was able to read the market and guide us in terms of pricing and strategy.
